What you’ll do
Knead the bread
With simple ingredients, we knead the Bolo do Caco with our hands.
Prepare the garlic butter
While the bread rests, we make garlic butter with parsley, a typical flavor of Madeira Island.
Bake the bread
Using the traditional method, we cook the Bolo do Caco over the fire.
Time to eat
Outside, we enjoy the freshly made bread. There is room for conversations about the island and our traditions.
