Nati guides you step by step as we prepare Bolo do Caco by hand.
We cook the bread, prepare garlic butter, and eat together outside when the weather is kind.


Our mother has been baking bread at home for more than 40 years. We keep the workshop small so it feels personal, relaxed, and close to how we cook as a family.
Our home is surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is quiet, simple, and very much part of everyday Madeira life.
